Thank you for visiting Got Your Number. I’m Vikki MacKinnon, author, international speaker, and master numerologist, and I truly appreciate your interest in learning more about me and my work. I was first introduced to numerology in 1981, and it called to me in the most profound way, like nothing I had ever experienced before. It was so much more than a hobby or an interest; it was my passion.
In 2002 I left my first career as a school teacher to align my work fully with my passion.
Since then I have been blessed beyond measure with opportunities to meet wonderful people and provide sessions for clients in all parts of North America, as well as in Britain, Japan, and the Middle East. You simply can’t do this work without realizing that we are all connected with each other, and that every one of us is given unique and precious qualities to share with the world.
I am so grateful for numerology, for the gift of confidence and reassurance that it has provided me for the past thirty years, and particularly after ending an emotionally abusive marriage that left me with low self-esteem and daunting responsibilities as a single mother.
I’m also grateful for the direction and clarity that it provided me when I knew I could no longer stay in my first career, when I realized that “today” really was the “first day of the rest of my life” and I wanted to make sure I got it right; and for the on-going direction and clarity it brings to me every day. Working with numerology on a daily basis has helped me set and attain short term and long term professional goals.
Even through deep sorrow numerology helped me to see the synchronicity and beauty of my mother’s passing, just as it guided me on a day to day basis during that family crisis, (since her house had been sold the same day), and helped me to handle all the business details correctly and find a good assisted living facility for my father.
Most of all I’m grateful for the opportunity it has given me to connect with women in their forties and beyond, who are struggling with career and relationship issues, seeking to find their true calling, or dealing with major life altering events – to assist them, reassure them, to share insight, and help them open doors to new opportunities.
After being in a relationship that completely diminished my self-worth, I was determined that every client I met and indeed every interaction I ever had would be with the full intention of uplifting people, and helping them to feel positive about who they are and where they are going in life – inspiring them to connect with their own innate strengths and talents, to be more of who they are, to spread their wings and make the most of their time on this beautiful planet.
